IT Consultancy
Our team of experienced IT consultants can provide a full range of practical advice. Our work is based on our experience of the application of IT within the professional office - and is truly independent of all computer vendors. The following are typical examples of the scope of the work we do:

• Firm IT strategy reviews - our consultants will spend a day or a number of days with partners and key users - examining the potential uses of IT. A confidential report is then produced outlining an overall strategy and recommendations.
• Specific IT reviews - these may concentrate on specific applications. Typical assignments include:
  - Practice Management Audit automation and Accounts/Tax Production
  - Back office applications
  - Communications/Networks
  - Paperless systems

A confidential report is produced making recommendations and specifying detailed requirements. Tendering process - we will draw up hardware and software requirements and review responses from vendors. Costs from £1,000 per day with discounts available to Mercia members. In all cases a free fixed cost quotation is drawn up before the assignment is started.
