Brendan is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has 16 years experience in practice including 8 years running his own firm and maintains a current practising certificate. Brendan has also considerable experience in the financial services and insurance sector. Brendan has lectured extensively, to postgraduate level, in all aspects of accounting, for a variety of organisations, including Dundalk Institute of Technology, the Institute of Bankers and ACCA. He is currently a member of CCAB-I Insolvency Panel on behalf of ACCA and is a regular contributor to a number of technical accounting journals. Brendan is a director of Mercia Ireland.
