John joined Mercia in 1998 having previously been the managing director of Brains, a small training consortium in Buckinghamshire. He is currently responsible for the management of a number of training groups but is perhaps better known as a presenter on the management development courses.

John lives in Burton-on-Trent and is married to Jackie. They have four young daughters who seriously hinder his golf handicap!
