The manual consists of 5 main parts:
- Guidance notes that summarise the risks and nature of an assignment concerning property management companies;
- Example letters of engagement, disengagement, representation and bank requests;
- Example audit reports and reports to management;
- A work programme designed specifically for small property management companies that have to be audited due to their guarantee status; and
- A permanent file to minimise duplication from year to year.
