After successfully completing her degree in Accounting and Financial Management at Loughborough University, Deborah trained and qualified with Grant Thornton in Leicester.  In 2005 Deborah joined Mercia as a member of the audit and accounts team.

Deborah is married to James after meeting and training together at Grant Thornton.  In her spare time Deborah loves eating out (and food in general), foreign travel and gardening.
