Helen trained as a chartered accountant with Knight Arnold Wall in Hinckley.  She joined Mercia in 2005 as a member of the audit and accounts team, having previously worked for FTC.

Helen spends her free time taking Pilates classes and occasionally going to the gym.  She lives with her partner, Rich and her 2 cats Max and Paddy.  They both enjoy watching sports, a glass of wine and foreign holidays (not necessarily in that order!)
